Please remember the pesticide label is the ultimate level of enforcement and the county permit conditions can supersede the label with more restrictive requirements. You will find permit conditions and supplemental labels for thiobencarb. Permit conditions for some pesticides have been changed to active ingredient rather than trade or product name due to new product registrations. Products such as Butte Herbicide, RebelEx CA and RiceEdge 60DF are combination formulations and permit conditions could apply to one of the active ingredients. The EPA Reg. No. provides additional identification of the individual pesticide products on the Rice Pesticide Update Table.

Early provisional data from real time receivers reporting to the CalFishTrack system are showing great promise for the survival of our first rice field-reared salmon release this season. As of today, 4.5 percent of our salmon have made it to Benicia. This is the last real-time receiver that hears the pings from our fish as they sprint toward the Golden Gate.

Caltrans has issued a press release on special permits authorizing overweight trucks to deliver emergency COVID-19 supplies. In discussions with CDFA, we understand that this should apply to ag products throughout the supply chain that support food deliveries to retail outlets. The new permits option does not apply to export.
