The application period is underway for the Rice Leadership Development Program, which provides future leaders a comprehensive review of the industry, emphasizing personal development and communication skills.

To be eligible, applicants must be between the ages of 25 and 46 at the time of the application and must derive their primary livelihood from working in rice, either as a grower or in an industry-related job.
